Hello!  My name is Joan and I'm here to help you. 

No, this isn't an automated "chat session"   I'm a real person and I really do want to help you with your website (and computer-related) problems!

Website Rescue-Repair specializes in working closely with individuals, clubs, homeowner associations, and small businesses.  I understand the desire to have an active website, and I understand that you have a budget! 

It is important to know that I will be happy to design a website for you, but you will be working with me so that I can provide you with your desired look and feel.  Remember, it is your website and will represent you.  Although I may not be local to you, I try to get to know my clients, and I will do my best to insure that you understand each step of the process.  So, call and let's see what we can figure out!

WHY ME???

Simply put, I am here to help you!

I don't have "package" deals.  Why pay for something you don't want or need?  Each quote is based on your specific need, whether it is a full custom website built from scratch or just minor repairs to an existing website.

If you have a domain name and host, that's great!  If you don't know what a domain name and host is, don't fret, I'm here to help!  I don't expect everyone to be a computer expert, so I try and customize my conversation with you to your level of knowledge.  If you don't understand, ask.  I'm here to help you!

I have the tools and knowledge to provide you and your website with graphics, flash media, clip art, modification of your photos/graphics, video creation/editing, or whatever you need.  I'm not a magician, but I will try my best to insure you are completely satisfied with the results.  Remember that it's your website and I will work tirelessly until it represents you to the best of my abilities.
